Somewhere someone mentioned a lack of discussion about Emily's scars, but here Nick obviously notices them.
Beckett's scars were an issue for her, at least in season 4, so I wonder if not mentioning them is another way to separate Emily from Beckett.

I get the feelin that the title refers to Emily, Nick, Alice and Flynn.
Nick believes that Emily is involved in the murders of Harlow and the other skeletons in the woods. Didn't like FBI boss Radford tell the squad that Emily is dangerous. I did wonder if Radford was involved in the kidnapping and murders.
Lovely bonding scene with Emily and Flynn at the pool when she went to see him to tell him he may hear things about her that arnt true, and for him to believe they arnt true., he tells her he believes her, and calls her Mum... then Alice shows up and tells her to leave.
Shocking when Emily is hiding in Radfords car and holds him at gunpoint and tells him to drive to a building, then she gags him there., and interrogates him, and water tortures him. She is acting out of fear and desperation to clear her name. we also learn that Radford is her ex work partner. He tells her that the Bleeding Eye diagram and whats in her head, is a place.
I was shocked that after she leaves, and when Jack and Tommy arrive, that Radford is then killed by unknown assailant, and people then assume its Emily., and she's back on the run.
The ep is still very fast paced.
